L’Alliance New York

Over the past several months, I have worked as a Design Intern at L’Alliance New York, a cultural institution I have long admired and felt connected to, having grown up attending a French school in New York City. The experience gave me the opportunity to contribute to an organization that sits at the intersection of language, arts, education, and culture.

L’Alliance encompasses a wide range of programs, including a preschool, French language classes, film and cultural programming, exhibitions, and community events. Designing across such diverse initiatives challenged me to create work for many different audiences while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.

Throughout my internship, I developed a deeper understanding of how to work within an established brand system while balancing consistency and creativity. The projects featured here were created under the guidance of L’Alliance New York’s Art Director, Anne Saboye, whose mentorship played an invaluable role in my growth as a designer.
