Amelie is in the kitchen
My Instagram, @amelieisinthekitchen, began as a way to bring together my love of baking, cooking, food styling, and photography. It’s become a space for me to experiment with how food can be styled and photographed, and to explore food as another part of my design practice.
In February 2026, I had my first opportunity to bring the project into the physical world through a one-day pop-up in collaboration with Anaïs Wine Bar in Boerum Hill, where I baked the small menu of desserts featured here.
In my free time, I love creating elaborate dishes and capturing their beauty for my bake-stagram :)
